Cycle Fixers provides general bicycle servicing and repairs, including inspection, tune-up, brake service, drivetrain service, and puncture or tyre repair. Any final scope is confirmed after the bicycle has been inspected, and additional work will not be carried out without approval where required.
Service charges are based on the inspection and agreed scope. Labour may be quoted as a fixed package after initial inspection, and replacement parts are quoted separately. Accepted payment methods may include card, bank transfer, and cash on collection, as communicated for the relevant service.
Estimated turnaround is provided in good faith and may change if the bicycle condition, parts compatibility, or supplier availability requires it. The workshop does not guarantee exact parts, brands, colors, or completion dates until those matters are confirmed, and same-day repair is not promised unless specifically agreed.

Services are provided with reasonable care, but no service can make a bicycle completely safe, failure-proof, or suitable for every road condition. Cycle Fixers is not responsible for pre-existing defects, normal wear, misuse, or issues arising after the bicycle leaves the workshop, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded by law.
